Arrogant personeel, vooral aandacht voor het in rekening brengen van extra kosten, berichten werden laat beantwoord en verouderd interieur.

The room was very small, but sufficient for a short visit. The hotel entrance was secure, I felt comfortable. However, the staff were extremely rude. It was impossible to reach the hotel before my visit; the initial information I received stated that check-in was possible until 8 pm, and after 11 pm it would cost 30 euros. I asked if I needed to pay a fee for my planned arrival time of around 10:30 pm, but I received almost no answer until the last minute. When I finally got an answer, they said I could check in for free until 10:20 pm because it was a public holiday. My arrival and departure dates were set a month in advance, and this kind of information shouldn't have been given at the last minute. If I hadn't been able to change my plans at the last minute, they would have demanded money from me.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in coppia. Mi è piaciuta la posizione. In pieno centro, tutti i luoghi culturali da visitare raggiungibili a piedi facilmente. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Abbiamo apprezzato l'aperitivo del benvenuto. La camera comoda con servizio di pulizia giornaliera. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio.

Breakfast was lovely in the owners' café/restaurant.

We weren't told how to get in until we arrived and thought we'd get food in the café - then we were told they owned it and they showed us how to get in..!
