Un accueil 5 étoiles : Un immense merci à Lydia et Giovanna. Ce sont deux personnes magnifiques, toujours souriantes, accueillantes et véritablement à l'écoute. Leur gentillesse a rendu mon séjour bien plus agréable ! Cadre et Emplacement : L'hôtel est idéalement situé, le cadre est superbe et très pratique pour profiter de la ville.

☕ Le petit-déjeuner (Point d'amélioration) C’est le seul bémol de mon séjour. Le choix est assez limité : on ne peut choisir qu'une seule viennoiserie et il manque quelques basiques (comme plus de beurre ou de variété). Si on n'aime pas la sélection du jour, on se retrouve vite restreint. Cependant, je tiens à souligner la réactivité du personnel : quand j'en ai parlé à Giovanna, elle a tout de suite été très compréhensive et m'a proposé de commander ce qui me plaisait pour la prochaine fois. Un vrai service personnalisé !
