Struttura di recente ristrutturazione, posizione centrale ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. Stanza silenziosa, letto comodissimo e bagno spazioso con tutto il necessario. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

The host was friendly. It was not expensive. Great location, if you want ti be close to the Basilica of San Francesco.

The bed was awful. Thin mattress. Old bed linen, not even white. Purple, pinkish from the 1990's. It didn't smell clean. I doubt the bed sheets were changed or clean. No duvet. The room was cold. We were freezing. We had an awful night, but for the price, we just left it as it is and left early the next morning. There was a smell coming from the bathroom. They was no coffee and milk in the morning. The coffee machine didn't work. It's better to pay a bit more but being assured that you are at least sleeping in a hygienic bed.. Next time, we will.

It is well located, 10 minutes walking from San Francesco Assisi church, and 5 minute walking from the bus stop which is very convenient to take it to and from the train station. The hosts were amazing very friendly, helpful and the place is really cozy.

I thought it was a wonderful place to stay! It was right in Assisi and very close to the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi and many other churches. And the Host was excellet checking in to see if anything was needed.
