Not many choices on breakfast, no explanation on usage of facilities

The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and aesthetic. I lived staying there and would highly recommend it.

The location was great, it is close to where we wanted to go. The check-in and check-out was a breeze and most of all our Host was amazing, she let us leave our luggage before our check-in and even after our check-out so we can still go round and see this wonderful place. Breakfast was good too, just enough to start our day.. Grazie Mille 😊😊.

Very close to the St. Francis Basilica. Friendly staff and easy to communicate with requests such as luggage storage after checkout. Room is cozy while there isn't a kettle in the room, there's a coffee machine with a bottle of mineral water as well as capsules and teabags in the public area.

The property has no elevator and the rooms are located on the 2/3 floor, so a small climb up the stairs is required. Not a big problem though, as you can leave your suitcase on the ground floor and take the necessities upstairs.

The property is located just minutes from the bus stop and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The interior is newly renovated and looks pretty and aesthetic. The beds are comfortable and the place is spotless.

The room felt a little cold, even with the air con turned to heat. The tiled toilet floors were also very cold. Hot water ran out at some point in the night and took about an hour or two to return.

Location is great if you want to stay close the basilica, the property is very comfortable and clean

The cakes and coffee machine were excellent. Location is very convenient.

I can't stand those sachet sticks that so many air B&Bs use to scent the room. I had to put it outside the window so I could breathe.
