We loved the location to local eateries and attractions. Breakfast was wonderful and somewhat varied day to day. Our hostess was exceptional.

We knew ahead of time the parking was less than ideal but we were able to find street parking close to the home. Softer mattress and pillows would be a big plus.

The breakfast was amazing and varied daily. Our room was very comfortable, well appointed and we liked the private entrance and private outdoor seating to enjoy the garden. The property is lovely with great light, gardens and decor and it's extremely well taken care of with beautiful antiques. Pascal was a lovely host and provided us with many excellent recommendations for places to visit and dine. He was even able to get us a reservation at a sold out restaurant on short notice! Location is excellent just a few blocks from the heart of Bayeux.

Expect the small French showers and this is a beautiful old home (1800s?)... it will not be sound proof. But that is the charm of a French B&B. Would love more bathing amenities (ie., shampoo, conditioner).

Pascal was a wonderful host! The home, grounds, daily breakfast and suggestions of things to do were wonderful. We had a short stay and a busy itinerary but every minute of our time at Le Petit Matin was comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend this beautiful place!
