The quietness of the place

The untidyness and service like cleaning and change of utilities when needed

The room arrangement, Wi-Fi and security

Reception almost nonexistent, staff more like care takers

Firstly when we arrived we were told the rooms are booked, when we booked days before, we had to wait about 1 hour 30 min for people who had to check out to do so and for our rooms to be cleaned. What we saw from the place wasn’t on the pictures ,false advertisement.

everything was perfect, there is nothing to complain about, i wouldn't mind to visit again

The guy at the reception seemed clueless about my booking. The place looks like a shady house they took long to open after countless times had to walk around the hard to shout for help. We had to go and look for other comfortable accommodation for our stay.

I always choose whitehouse cause i liked the facility and staff
