The pool was dirty and the air conditioning didn't work

The staff, the location

The place is a self catering, but guys you can provide coffee in the rooms, no shower gel or bath soap, no hand wash. Only 1 spoon, no other cattlery. The place doesn't look as clean as it looks on photos. The shower door was broken almost fell on the table.

Nothing. The property was dirty, unhygienic, and completely different from what was advertised. This felt like false advertising.

My issues were never resolved, and I received no feedback from the property owner, who was rude towards me. I had to leave before my checkout time because the place was in unacceptable condition. I could not shower or bath as everything was dirty. Problems included cockroaches, a damaged drawer, a dirty refrigerator, dirty bathtub and sink, dirty linen, and walls requiring paint. I took photos of everything as proof. Booking.com support did not assist me, and the property owner never called or attended to the matter. I kindly request at least a partial refund, as I did not stay for the full booking (I left on Monday and did not use Tuesday and Wednesday, the day of checkout).

Limited parking, poor maintenance on property, no live TV

The room was good,we had an airconditioner,bath with hand shower.space for clothing,oh front view of the pool.the staff was great and very helpful

Bedding need replacing,tv needs an upgrade, microwave is an advantage in the room.
