Everything was perfect. We had a delightful stay. Luisella and Claudio were lovely, friendly and helpful. They made us welcome in their beautiful home and provided an amazing breakfast with produce from their own harvest.

Amazing breakfast, and very friendly hosts, was a wonderful stay for a few days to explore around., I will miss that place.

Luisella and Claudio are a very welcoming owner couple of this loft on the third floor of a well kept house 3 kilometers outside of Biella. The loft is large, very clean and offers an wonderful view from the balcony over the landscape around Biella. A lovely garden surrounds the house and delivers profumes of meditarean flowers. The shower room is large and very clean as well. Breakfast can be adapted to the wishes of the guests.

In spite of the description on Booking, the private parking beside the house is not allowed to enter for guests (or only for V.I.P.s 😉). The public parking is not far from the house, but does not offer the same commodities and security as a private parking. The owners and Booking should, in my opinion, find an unmistakable clarification of this issue. Beside of this only one word: perfect! Best wishes for Luisella and Claudio

Luisella and Claudio are very nice and friendly. They gave us good suggestions of restaurants and sightseenings when we arrived. We have a private studio apartment with all the spaces and comforts. Special thanks to Luisella, she helped us when my husband got sick. They are a pair of lovely hosts!!

Luisette baked fresh cakes each day, homemade jams from the fruit trees in the garden. Nothing was too much trouble. Both Claudio and Luisette made us very welcome from arrival to departure. Lots of knowledge of the area and some great recommendations of where to visit. An absolute pleasure to be their guest.

The property was beautiful, very clean and everything you need with lots of space.

The apartment is a huge open space, extremely clean and equipped with all one may need. It is located at third floor of the building and has a balcony as well with sun protection. Also you have access to the beautiful garden located in the backyard. The Italian breakfast was very nice and delicious, with home made cakes and jams. Additionally there is mini bar where you can find some drinks if needed. You cannot cook in the kitchen due to local laws, but there is a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The Owners (Luisella & Claudio) were wonderful and really helpful. They gave us a lot of advvice about the local atractins in the area, restaurants, etc. The parking is public, but easy to access and a lot of empty spots. There are a lot of gems left to see in this area and we will defintevely come back to stay in this beautiful and cozy apartment.
