Pretty quiet Location

Very expensive and breakfast is not included which wasn’t cheap to add. Small rooms, uncomfortable beds, no where for luggage or plugs for technology. Strange situation where it seemed like the house was half bnb half staff accommodation.

In aperta campagna, proprietario super gentile. Casa super affascinante. La strada per arrivare è un pò stretta ma non capisco chi si lamenta: la Cornovaglia ha il 50% di strade così, è la sua caratteristica. Basta saper guidare. Il pub più vicino è a 6 minuti di auto.

Excellent breakfast. Delightful hosts. Felt like home.

What a fabulous stay! A wonderfully warm welcome that had my small child say "I really liked that man" (the host, Kevin) multiple times. The room was clean, cosy and spacious, and the bathroom was huge and bright! I particularly enjoyed having a little table to eat at and the amenities provided in the room. Breakfast was truly exceptional, both in flavour and presentation. The grounds of the house were lovely too, and we really enjoyed a walk through them. Thoroughly recommend.

Only one thing I would say is the house is quite noisy. The other guests/house occupants were quiet in terms of voices, but I could hear snoring in the next room, people going up and down the stairs etc. Nothing a couple of earplugs won't solve next time! It should be noted that I am a very light sleeper.

Our host was incredibly friendly and accomodating. We arrived quite late at night but he was always very flexible and accomodating. We purposely choose accomodation that's deep in the wilderness and this is exactly what we got. The the garden and the surroundings were beautiful. The room itself was also very clean and comfortable - I particuarly loved the style of the bathroom.
