Makaii Tiny Villas with private pools

I have been waiting for 4 weeks for a refund. The door did not shut so therefore mosquito's attacked us all night. I tried to make contact on the first night of our stay for help with this. There was a strong mould smell that triggered my partners asthma and we were in a family villa, but it had a shared outdoor shower near the swimming pool that had no privacy screens. The air con did not work properly, rattling all night so between the asthma, noise, mosquitos we reached out to organise support to fix this or to refund our remaining two nights as we had to leave after the first one. When we never recieved any refund, even though this was agreed to in writting, we were given the run around, stating booking.com had to refund us. That would be fine, except there's no point of contact if not through the owner. The owner will not talk to us, even though I have direct contact. We are massively out of pocket and do not recommend this villa to anyone.

I love everything about this place. The water is so nice and the breakfast is amazing and delicious 🥰 and the service was great 🫶🏼🤍 definitely love to come back here again😌 only just the road to get that are a little bit difficult.
