The host was very corporative. They provided us with all the things we requested.

There was mosquitos.. terrace was not clean to have food. The wash basin on the terrace was dirty.

The location. That’s the only positive thing I can say.

I had an awful experience at this homestay in Cochin. The room was very dirty, with cigarette remnants scattered all over the bathroom. It was clear that cleanliness and hygiene are not a priority here. To make things worse, the bed sheets were not clean. When I briefly returned to the room after it was “cleaned” for the next guest (yes, they already prepared the room for the next guests before I checked out), I recognized the stains on my sheets, meaning they simply remade the bed with the same used sheets. This is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. The issues didn’t stop there – the door couldn’t even be locked because the key didn’t work. I could lock it from the inside when I was in the room, but impossible to close my door when I wanted to go outside. Fortunately I had a friend in another room where I could leave my stuff behind, because when I went to the reception to address this problem the only answer was “yes, you can’t close it. We will give you another room tomorrow”, but I only stayed one night so that wasn’t a very big help. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This room was cheap so I didn’t expect grand luxury, but I do expect at least some basic hygiene and hospitality. There are far better options in Cochin, also for a low price. Avoid this homestay if you care about cleanliness, safety, and basic hospitality.

The stay was very good and the staffs are very helpful . The whole property is very neat and tidy and highly recommend this to others. Very good option to stay with family and friends. And the breakfast also very good .

Excellent homestay in a great location at a walking distance from fort kochi beach and other excurtion.I enjoyed friendly and helpful conversation with the owner and the staff.Definitely recommend this place if you are travelling alone or in a group.breakfast was very good.

Me and my wife didn't like that while we were leaving a staff member basically forced us to give him a 200 rupees tip.

The hotel doesn't look as we see in the pictures. It is dirty everywhere , smells very bad and we had a bad experience. I expected much better.

The balcony room was a little ok.
