"Great welcome, excellent facilities, and a great breakfast."

the breakfast was filling and immaculate, the welcome amazing. The accommodation is comfortable, high spec and well laid out. the location is perfectly placed between Truro and Falmouth.

The drive is very steep, but this is par for the course in cornwall

The warm welcome received by the owners, they went above and beyond and collected me from the station. Breakfast was amazing and room was serviced everyday.

I had a wonderful stay with Rosaline and Bruce. They offered me a lift from my national express bus stop but the bus was late, so i walked up, but it was not long and easy place to find. They were really welcoming and sweet. you will have all the privacy you want and they are there for any questions. The room was brilliant, everything is lovely; very well organised, very clean and you have everything you need and more. After their breakfast you will lick all your fingers for sure! 150% recommend for anyone who likes a little tranquil place to stay. Thanks for everything!
