"Overpriced (we paid £160 for one nights stay) very basic accommodation."

Did not have breakfast. Bed was comfortable but mostly it was very disappointing.

Poor quality ugly orange pine furniture. One small poor quality towel. Ridiculously small television. Very small pokey room and very basic en-suite shower room. The price did not reflect the very basic accommodation.

Located just 15 - 20 mins walk from Cheltenham Race Course, I used the number D bus to and from Cheltenham and that only took 20mins.This lovely guest house was fab, I was greeted by Caroline and I met Doug later on, she made me very welcome and showed me my room ,Which was at the front of the property, Spacious and clean, With bathroom, TV, Strong WiFi signal and a single bed.Theres a back garden to sit in as well. If you walk another 10 mins you will find Tesco and Lidl superstores and Bishops Cleeve village..

Lovely friendly owner, comfortable bed. Good shower.

Bathroom small, continental breakfast could have been better presented on tge side. Baskets or covered platter rather than in gheir bags..
