The Barns

It was in a great central position for what we wanted. Amanda was lovely and very welcoming. The room was cosy, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was amazing you get a very good choice and is cooked fresh to order. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place, super quiet, pretty comfy bed, free parking, clean and a short distance from everywhere by car. Also, the English breakfast was delicious. I do recommend this place.

The breakfast was wonderful and served in a beautiful room. My partner said both the bacon and sausages were really tasty. There was homemade marmalade, bread and locally sourced honey available. The accommodation had lots of little extras over and above the expected; mini fridge, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cork screw, washing up liquid, tea towel, home made flap jacks... etc. The bed was comfortable and the shower over the bath was great (it took a little while for the hot water to come through, but once it did it was fine and plentiful). Lovely little seating area outside to enjoy the peaceful location, sunshine and to relax in. Welcoming and helpful hosts. We would definitely return here if coming back to the North Norfolk area. It all made for a very comfortable and homely stay.

Parking was a little tight... but just need to drive slowly and take care.

Our arrival time was noted, so you arrive, find the key and let yourself in. Everything was in working order, and the room was very well equipped , warm and comfortable with a home-made treat waiting for us. Nothing was too much trouble, we requested some fresh milk, and it was there in the mini fridge.

Just a slight niggle, the area by the T.V could do with a wee bit more lighting or introduce another lamp..... :)
