All aspects of the decor , room was comfy , bed comfy , nice access to courtyard.

The quality of the breakfast food was excellent. There are only 4 rooms at The Barns, so it was friendly, but intimate. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. We loved the peaceful location, but it was easy to tour North Norfolk.

Great location ,lovely rooms ,excellent breakfast and wonderful hosts.

Not really a dislike but would have been better having seperate outside table and chairs for rooms 1 & 2 like 3 &4 have.

We had cake left for our arrival, plus plates and cutlery for if we had a takeaway, ( we didn't use them but a lively idea. Lovely little seating area to sit late afternoon before going out for our evening meal.

We didn't find any thing we didn't like.

Very warm and friendly welcome from Amanda. Room was comfortable and very clean with everything you need. Really comfy bed. The breakfast was amazing with all fresh, local produce. Lovely touch to put home made flapjack in the room
