Schöne, moderne Einrichtung (Dusche im 2. App. benötigt Information!)

Erfolgversprechende Kaffeemaschine hat doch nicht so gut funktioniert (zudem etwas ‚wackelig‘ das ganze) Störend haben wir an einigen Stellen - u.a. beim Ausgang - den etwas ‚muffigen‘ Geruch empfunden.

Dans l'application Booking, j'ai mis la coche dans "Animale de compagnie". Malheureusement, cet hôtel ne les accepte pas. A notre arrivée, la patronne de l'établissement, en voyant notre petit York, n'a su dire que "no dog.... no dogs ..". Je comprends ça position et l'erreur que nous avons faite. Mais elle nous a agressé sans aucune autre communication. Aucun remboursement possible, aucune discussion sur un éventuel "bon cadeau" pour une prochaine fois sans le chien. Rien d'autre que femme de très mauvaise humeur qui m'a coûté 121.- (coûteux pour se faire crier dessus) J'ai 56 ans et je voyage beaucoup. Première fois qu'un établissement me traite comme cela. Nous avons pris un autre hôtel dans l'urgence.

Emplacement au centre de Ispra. Petit parking a proximité (30 m). Tres calme, tres propre avec charme
