Exceptional hospitality. We felt very much at home, they went out of their way to help us in an unexpected emergency. That apart, very filling great breakfast, ac and TV made for a comfortable stay.

とても静かな場所にありシンプルな滞在を求める人に最適です。お家はとても綺麗で、装飾も可愛いい暖かな宿です。

Location inside Itchan Kala was good

A young girl is in charge and isn’t friendly or helpful. More importantly, she charges a much higher exchange rate for the room than is available anywhere. Did not even give change back. This is a little scam nevertheless. Booking should provide what it would cost in local currency since the rate is fairly stable as it does for other hotels and places. The air con wasn’t working and she spent 10 minutes arguing with me that she didn’t understand. Then produced a remote with fresh batteries and it worked fine. It feels bad to argue with a young girl and so leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

年輕妹剛開始服務不錯 但後來情緒起伏很大 我連續住幾晚只是分次預訂就叫我辦退房 說沒看到我訂單

El wifi y el desayuno.

El ruido, al tener el salón de la familia delante mismo de las habitaciones.

Buen desayuno, alojamiento limpio, la habitación contaba con nevera y ubicación perfecta.

Comunicación con el personal. La joven intentaba comunicarse algo más, pero la mujer mayor ni nos decía "hola" al vernos. Como la hora de check-out es hasta la 1pm y la de check in empieza a la 1, si los huéspedes anteriores salen a la 1, tú no podrás entrar hasta las 2... que es lo que nos pasó a nosotros.
