Ulf, Boy and their staff were amazingly friendly, making us feel like we were staying at our friend's place. They provide a super relaxed environment for men only.

Great hospitality from the owners!

The location was great. Tucked away from the craziness of Patong, Quiet and peaceful. The hosts are marvelous and the breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed my visit and meeting such a nice group.

I spent a whole month there and had a wonderful time. I travelled alone, but the great thing is that you are never alone. Socialising with other guests is automatic due to the small number of rooms. Everything is very familiar and you immediately feel at home. The owners also do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You get detailed tips about everything worth knowing and seeing, and I found it really remarkable, for example, that the TV series I wanted were downloaded especially for me. I also gladly accepted and enjoyed Ulf's invitation to go for a walk in the morning (about a 7km walk around a nearby lake). The central location is also ideal. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the immediate neighbourhood and for everything else you can get there cheaply by taxi. Hereby, I would like to thank the owners once again for an unforgettable holiday! I will certainly be back again!

The owners are good and very welcoming! Also, having a few guests is an advantage if you want to have a relaxing vacation. The guests are friendly and have a common place where you can hang out and discuss things

A/C in my room. I think, during the day, it is quite warm since I was in the attic.. everything is good but adding more a/C will make your stay better

The villa was immaculate with amazing hosts. Breafast was good and good pool party every Saturday. You will not be disappointed with this place. Also loved the room upstairs.

Host is nice.. and very accommodating.. was not stayed in the hotel for much time. Since I had plans to go out. But if you looking for a relax place and stay around your community this is the place and fact that the place is clean and skinny dipping in the pool was the best part. you can be free and stay as you want. Breakfast was good.

Shower curtain in the bathroom was not enough to hold the water. Makes the bathroom wet. Bit far from the beach.
