We really liked the chairs on the terrace outside, the shower is great, the audio and television work great, it's super clean and a very nice and quiet location.

In the morning the light is coming from the kitchen, because there is no door between the kitchen and the bedroom. The kitchen curtains don't cover everything. An additional set of white pillows is highly appreciated, especially when you watch the television. On the bed there are also gray pillows that belong to the couch but one can not be sure if they are clean all the time.

The room was spacious, facilities were nice, location was 5 min walk from the center, free parking nearby was great.

The breakfast quality could have been improved, shower cleanliness could be better, would be nice to have additional pillowcases for the spare pillows and lighting in the staircases would be appreciated.

We love our room, very clean spacious and well equipped. Very clear instructions on self check in which is handy with our late arrivals. The bed is comfy and the roof terrace is beautiful and cosy. We knew there would be breakfast but didn't expect it to be this good. Love how eco this place is and lots of attention to details which makes the stay very comfortable. We'd highly recommend it. Nice and quiet too.

The location. Very close to the old town. Cleanliness of the room. Modern inner decoration. Nice terrace even though we could just stop by about 5 min since we do not have much time. We arrived around 22:00 from Brindisi airport to stay for one night. It was easy to park in front of the facility. We could find a restaurant very close to the apartment and it was quite nice.

It was not facility’s fault but there was a construction noise which started at 7:00 in the morning that it was impossible to sleep afterwards. There were ear plugs so obviously they were aware but nevertheless told us that it was strange. We had to explain them that it was an outside noise and they said they are sorry. So I would recommend to ask about that construction if you are traveling this time. So we needed to rest a bit more and asked if we can leave at 11:00 but they did not accept it. The room we stayed in was De Coste. Inner decoration was so nice but it only has one high window (small one) so it was a bit claustrophobic for me. But this is personal, and we only stayed one night so it was tolerable but we could not prefer to stay more than one/two nights. The common coffee machine was not free ;) it was not expensive (0,50 € ) but nonetheless it was not nice to see a price tag for a simple coffee.

Great property, well equipped with all the amenities one needs during holidays. Cristiano is a very nice host. Lots of little touches and a very nice breakfast.

I would suggest additional pillows, softer ones for side sleepers.

Very clean and spacious apartment close to the historical center of Lecce. We easily found parking nearby. The host were very friendly and helped us with our requests. We also enjoyed taking our coffee on the balcony and the terrace. Highly recommended!

Great location, most helpful owner & staff, attractive & safe property, good breakfast , incredibly clean, plenty of hot water and marvelous air conditioning!
