Tutto perfetto , luogo pulito con una colazione abbondante

Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto, l'arredo, le comodità, era tutto funzionante e corrispondeva alla descrizione offerta da booking...(.differentemente da altre strutture che si presentano come non sono). La cosa più buona è stata la colazione da 10+, quindi lo super consiglio a tutti.

Good position, walking distance from city center. Quite big room with bacony. Quiet. Fresh water always available.

The room was full of mold, which is unhealthy and allergenic. It would require ony few minutes to remove it with proper ceaning products. Bed sheets and towels were supposed to be entirely substituted on the third day, but they were only upon request. Staff not particularly friendly, few words and no welcome the day after our arrival in the late evening. Breakfast with commercial pastries removed from the bag and placed on a dish, not really fresh, and not promptly refilled (seeds and dried fruits for yogurt finished the first day and never refilled, we stayed 5 nights). Dirty mugs from previous guests having breakfast are not cleaned and removed after they leave, but only at the end of the breakfast slot, so sometimes you don't find free spots on tables unless you ask the owners to clean the table. In general, it seems they don't really care about making guests comfortable. The price is not that low to justify the lack of services. In many cities you get better welcome for lower prices.
