"The place to come back to in Todi"

Location, cleanliness of property and accommodating personnel for our needs. Convenient nearby public parking space is a big plus.

We would have liked freshly baked cornetto for breakfast.

"Good but poor value for money."

The location, the bedding and the decoration.

We did not like the first room given because the window was very small and without a view (even if the decoration was really nice). The new room given was very nice and brighter, but way more expensive (vs the first room and what we paid usually during the rest of the week). Considering we were the only ones in the whole building staying that night, we would have appreciated a discount since the upgrading would not have costed one penny to our host.

unfortunately the air conditioning is not working and the room is super hot
