The toxic fumes coming from the bathroom. The fact that the staff made me feel like a criminal for making sure I had a working AC like it had advertised. The fact that the staff stopped answering my calls, forcing my hand to leave the property on the very first night I had arrived and refusing to refund me even though the room had sewage smell and they were ignoring me and I had stayed not 1 night out of the 5 nights they are trying to keep the money from. The staff boldly lied to booking.com about who contacted who and when, also misrepresented all of our interactions and tried to complain that I had unpacked after arriving - incredibly unprofessional, bordering on criminal.
