Please note that for reservations with an amount exceeding EUR 77.47, a stamp duty of EUR 2 will be applied to the invoice and must be paid by the customer together with the city tax. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
