"peaceful and super well located accommodation with local breakfast."

the location was super good, close to everything yet secluded and quiet. the room was super comfy and clean. the host was super helpful. the voucher for the breakfast was for this very local patisserie with delicious options.

i love natural light and my room was s bit dark, but apart from that, all was amazing.

La camera è molto confortevole, sempre pulita ed accessoriata; ampia e molto luminosa. La terrazza è stupenda: ben curata ed accessoriata; poter usufruire della lavatrice e della lavanderia è stato utilissimo. I proprietari e lo staff pulizie sono simpatici e molto disponibili! 15 giorni di Fitolacca: ormai era Casa Nostra! 🤩😍❤️

I loved the roof terrace that was private and only we used. Great central location.

We are fit people we run etc but my husband is 79 and carrying the cases up the stairs was ok but needs to be considered as so the additional steps to roof garden - roof garden access probably not suitable for young children. Very minor points.

"Good value, close to all there is to see"

Great facilities. Room appeared to have been recently updated. Kitchen facilities available for coffe and tea and a fridge. Good communication from host before and during stay. Didn’t get to meet them. Easy access to the sights of Lecce, only just outside the historic area.

"Perfectly clean and nice B&B in city center"

Everything was great. Clean, neat, everything you need is available in the room and in kitchen. From slippers, safe, big mirror in the room, great clean and big bathroom to the very nice kitchen and terrace, everything is just perfect. Host provided guidance where to go and what to see. Also, communication was fast and clear. Location cannot be more central if you want car access, it is just few minutes walking to all attractions and restaurants. Overall, big recomendations for La Fitolacca, thank you for being great host!

There is nothing about property itself that we did not like. Note that parking might be bit diffucult to find during weekend but we managed all 4 nights to park just in front of apartment.
