The hotel looks very nice in the photos, but the reality is quite different. Right next to the pool they were cutting down trees, so it was extremely noisy and far from relaxing. On top of that, there were wasp nests everywhere – we even had wasps inside our room. The bathroom was partly outside, which meant any kind of animal or insect could get in. Apart from the owner, the staff didn’t speak English, and even simple things like ordering breakfast became a problem. They also charge ridiculously high prices for transfers to Ubud. It’s much better to order a Grab and pay the driver directly in cash after cancelling the ride in the app, otherwise Grab takes a percentage. Overall, the place is far too expensive for what you actually get. Looking at other options directly in Ubud, we could have had much better accommodation for the same or lower price.

La villa è disposta su due piani: al piano di sotto c'è una camera da letto, un bagno (bellissimo!) e affaccia sulla piscina privata molto carina e pulita. Al piano di sopra c'è una camera e bagno identici che affacciano su un bel balcone. La colazione è molto buona: può essere fatta o nel ristorante o presso il bar che affaccia su un'altra piscina a terrazze. Il giardino è molto curato, il personale gentile (in particolare la signora che porta i fiori per le offerte e il signore che cura il prato amorevolmente). C'è il parcheggio per una o due macchine.

Nulla, siamo stati benissimo. Unica precisazione magari per famiglie con bambini piccoli, le due camere sono separate. Si accede alla stanza di sopra tramite una scala esterna.
