"Lovely room with a great breakfast."

Modern quiet room up a flight of stairs in an old building. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were friendly.

Our room had an air conditioner but it did not seem to work during our stay. The bike storage did not feel secure.

Location excellent. Room large,clean and quiet Luigi and Francesca provided a very good breakfast and were always smiling and friendly.with all the inside info on Lucca.

No kettle in the room.

"Exceptional"

The B&B was nestled in the centre of Lucca. The room was immaculate and the bed so comfy. We stayed one night and the following morning a beautiful buffet breakfast made for us by the host.We would highly recommend to stay there but if you are going by car made sure you don't enter the city walls and park a short distance away in the main carpark.

"A great and relaxing stay in beautiful Lucca with great and friendly hosts."

Central location in Lucca , in old part of town inside City walls.Easy access to everything. Room was spotlessly clean with lots of brightness. Great shower and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent a real treat of homemade food from Francesca and Luigi who couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and at ease. And son Lorenzo was always available if needed. A very relaxing stay .

"One of the nicest places we stayed in Italy!"
