We liked everything: location on one of Lucca's main streets, conveniently close to parking area, spacious, very clean, air-conditioned room, comfortable bed. A rich and tasty breakfast, excellent home made cake, great capuccino. Very kind hosts! Francesca and Luigi, thank you very much for your hospitality!

Clean room and lovely breakfast all service was very friendly

We had thought there would be space to sit outside in the garden and read to escape the afternoon heat but there was a big marquee and the outside felt closed off

This is exceptional place. The best and the cleanest accomodation I had in the last 5+ years. The hosts are unbelivable family. Breakfast is 🔝. You also cannot find better location in Lucca. I’d give more than 10 if I could.

The property was situated within the walls of the 'old town', making exploration very easy. Our hosts, Luigi and Francesca and the son, were exceptionally friendly and the breakfasts the so generously provided were beautiful and fresh. Their command of English was very good and they went out of their way to assist us with our travel and exploring requests!

Luigi and his wife were very sweet and welcoming. They made us a beautiful breakfast. The location was perfect in the middle of beautiful and charming Lucca.
