Lovely villa with free parking. The host was super friendly and welcoming. We got a little breakfast as a nice extra. Awesome location – just 500 meters from the Old Town gate.

The owner was fantastic friendly and made me feel very welcome. Great for 2 nights to do Park Run then see the sights.

I stayed overnight during a motorcycle-trip to tuscany. The very friendly landlord performed a cool check-in and let me his closed private garage on the premise to securely park my motorcycle overnight. That was very decent. The room itself was clean and very silent during the night - the breakfast was ok. So everything perfect for my purpose and the rather decent fare I paid in an otherwise expensive country. Even Water and Coffee could be obtained completely free of charge during the stay - I was really delighted.

The bathroom could make good use of a thorough cleaning some time in the future, which also includes the not so obviously corners to see (eg behind the shower wall...). - but nothing really to complain for a person who is used to sleep literally anywhere. And this was the only really drawback of the stay if you take into account the low prize I had to pay

Great hosts! They will do anything they can to feel you welcome here! Villa have its on parking and hosts even offered garage parking - perfect place for motorcycle travellers! Location is optimal - walking distance from Lucca oldtown. And +/- 20 minutes drive from Pisa. For those who don’t have time - there is great pizzeria just over the fence.

Everything was great!

I loved the character of the property, an early 900 villa with a backyard garden, the kindness of the host and the room spacious and clean. Also in a convenient position to reach the centre of Lucca walking. The area is nice with plenty of shops, banks and bars. If traveling by car you can park right inside the property. Nice stay.

It was all good

A lovely welcome from the owner, very kind man who even gave me a lift to the station in the morning. A house and room with great character and charm. I liked it very much.

A bit disappointed that 'breakfast' was pre-wrapped baked goods, espresso coffee from a machine and water, juice and yoghurts from a fridge in the entrance hall.

Good host, good location, 15 minutes from center. Good breackfats.

Close to the road. a bit noisy from the street, and from the hall when someone enters the building
