L'Iris B&B in Terrazza

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage absolut zentral und dabei ruhig. Besonders nett der kleine Frühstücksraum und die Terrasse.

We were met by the owner who was able to show us where to park - which was great - as we may have got lost! Friendly check in - helpful. The room was very spacious - although no view - which didn't matter as we didn't spend much time there - Lucca is such a wonderful place. It was very good to have a kettle in the room so I could make my own tea. The outside roof terrace is really gorgeous.

One of the staff at breakfast was not so helpful and we noticed that she was just sitting around when there were tables to clear and washing up in the sink! - The breakfast area was a bit disorganised - although a very good variety of food and dishes available - perhaps some alternative milk (non dairy - oat, soya, almond) - should be made available for those who have dairy intolerance. Also - during breakfast - the sun was shining but we were in the shade and cold because of the huge umbrella. So perhaps during cooler months (like April) - the umbrella could come down?

Jó helyen, stílusos, hangulatos szállás. A teraszon reggelizni valóban élmény volt.

Hangszigetelése nem a legjobb. Az utcáról és a házon belülről a közös helyiségből behallatszottak a zajok. Reggeli finom volt, de óvatosan mérték.

Very nice, good sized, comfy and clean room. The B & B was in a good location - easy walkable access to the city with cafes and bars nearby
