Personnel au top. Chambre passable. La literie est correcte. Très belle vue sur le mont batur. Chambre mal isolé

Trop de mouche pour profitez des services extérieurs. Salle de bain sale et humide. On ne comprend pas bien le sens des installations dans la salle de bain. Trop de lumière dans la chambre.

Le personnel était adorable, ils nous on planifié notre excursion au Mont Batur en nous conseillant le plus grand tour (que nous recommandons vivement), la nourriture proposée bonne.

Nous avons eu une petite invasion de limaces dans la salle de bain ainsi qu’une inondation après un épisode pluvieux, mais nous en avons parlé à la réception qui a géré le soucis de l’inondation !

Lo staff gentilissimo e molto simpatico, sono stati sempre molto cortesi per qualsiasi richiesta. Il posto è un quarto d'ora lontano dal centro e noi amiamo stare sempre un po' lontani e nella tranquillità, inoltre la vista è davvero fantastica e rilassante.

La stanza era molto carina e ben pulita e curata un consiglio che vogliamo dare per essere al top è di fare una manutenzione ai bagni che a differenza della camera sono un po' usurati e non bellissimi.

"Super mooie omgeving maar wel echt boers."

Prachtig uitzicht, hele mooie omgeving, heel lief personeel, leuke activiteiten zoals beklimmen Mount batur, ATV en hotsprings.

Echt mega veel vliegen. Huis was binnen een beetje aftans, niet alles even schoon, beetje oud en simpel. Ook veel poepjes van gekko’s en dode vliegen op de grond na 1-2 dagen verblijf. Tussendoor wordt niet schoongemaakt en geen prullenbak geleegd. Wij waren er 3 nachten. Huis is heel gehorig, elke nacht wakker door harde regen en wind die ook door de kieren in de muur waait. Eerste nacht ook nog mega lekkage waardoor alle kleding in mijn koffer nat was.
