The location was good

Washroom, cleanliness of swimming pool

The spacious and clean room, the polite and kind staff & a great stay for a couple nights

The flys are there however it is farmland so was to be expected,

Beautiful place, fresh air and lovely host who tried to do his best, really beautiful rooms and toilets, clean and cozy place

I thought it would be a remote experience in nature.. At some points there was noise from building around; and it was close to the car road

The management team were very helpful. The room was situated in front of the pool with a mountain in the distance. Management was friendly and encouraged the need to be helpful where possible. Excellent breakfast prepared with care.

The people great and friendly Supply a great fire pit at night to add to the atmosphere looking up at the volcano Great place would recommend

Absolutely AMAZING! The best costumer service I have ever experienced. The place is so cute and intimate with friendly locals all around. WiFi works great and if I could rate them 10/5 I would! It’s a super calm and quiet area away from tourists. There are vegetable and fruit plantations around the bungalows and a few minutes walk away you can find suuuuper fresh and delicious greens, straight from soil to your hand. The staff is also super helpful with setting up sunrise tours and transportation to the natural hot springs which I really recommend. They would regularly check up on me to see if there was anything they could do for me or anything I needed. Got free coffe, tea and bottled water as well as freshly made breakfast everyday. I will definitely bring my friends and family and come back for a few days of pure relaxation away from the tourism and traffic that so many other places offer. The bungalows are tastefully decorated and super cozy with huge bathrooms (with flush toilets and hot water which according to my driver wasn’t very common in this area) I used grab to get there and Gojek to get back but they also offered to book me a local driver in case I couldn’t find one on the app. Honestly you get so much more than you pay for! Thank you for having me 💕 And my recommendation would be to put a small carnivorous plant in each bungalow for the occasional fly that gets inside 😉

Absolutely nothing if was amazing

Breakfast was good, served after we came back from trekking mt batur which was nice. We had the best tourguide to do the trekking at mt batur, dante, if you go ask him from the hotel staff they arranged the trekking for us so fast and easy. Bed is super comfy for a good night sleep before climbing the mt.
