Cathy and Walter are the perfect owners of more than a perfect hotel. What a fabulous place to stay so much so we felt sad to leave and continue our Italian road trip. The extra touches to the room were exceptional, and the decor and location within the Barga walls were outstanding. We wouldn't stay anywhere else now and have recommended it to all family too. Outstanding, thank you so much for making our three nights stay a stay to treasure forever. Helen and Lyndsay x

Breakfast missing but then Pasticceria Lucchesi is an absolute must and treat.

it was extremely clean, modern, very tastefully decorated, the complimentary minibar and fruit was a nice touch and the hosts couldn’t be more helpful.

The location of the hotel was fabulous, they do not do breakfast but do have a full mini bar in your room, a fruit bowl, biscuits and coffee machine. There is also a kettle! The mini bar has nibbles, juice, water, milk and alcohol and is replaced each time your room is made up at no extra cost to yourself! We felt this was a fantastic touch.

the Hotel is amazing, perfectly located within the old town of Barga, central to everything. Cathy was the perfect host and attended to all our needs and gave wonderful recommendations.
