Dar Riad wsr wonderbar besonders die beiden Damen Latifa und Maryam die das äusserste gemamacht haben um die Gäste zufrieden zustellen Der Service war 1AAA.Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Danke sehr.

L'ensemble du riad, joli bâtiment.

Le mutisme des 2 réceptionnistes. Impossible d'avoir un échange avec elle. Elles répondaient du bout des lèvres et s'exprimaient très très mal en français. Bien aimables mais manque d'initiative. Petit-déjeuner moyen servi dans un vaste salon bien impersonnel. Dommage la maison est belle et bien entretenue. Manque juste un peu de chaleur humaine.

I didn’t like anything.

1- no elevator. 2- no bag boy & I carried my luggages three floors. 3- air conditioning is not working in the room & inside whole the place. 4- no sound-prove between rooms & very noisy at night. 5- no security & no reception at night. 6- worst breakfast ever I found in this hotel. rotten eggs, bad smell & taste olive and nothing else you can eat. this hotel is very stingy. I recommend not to reserve there at all.
