The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

The rooms were not furnished well, and the property was falling apart. The photos on Booking.com are not at all indicative of the actual property status. The kitchen area was poorly equipped and the fridge was not working. The location of the property is very far from the center of Ubud.
