Nous étions très bien placé et nous avons été très bien accueilli

Le seul point négatif pourrait être le manque de diversité dans le petit déjeuner

Le lit est très confortable, la chambre très spacieuse et très propre . Andrea est vraiment disponible et a toujours de bons conseils. Il nous a même depanné pour manger car on est arrivé très tard.

The location near olbia and Pittulongu beach. The room was spacious, confortable and clean. The host Andrea is very polite and helpful, the breakfast is good.

Nothing not to like.

The modern room and breakfast provided were both excellent with great staff welcome support on arrival and departure. It is off road with ample parking and protected by an electric gate. Very close to the beach.

Welcoming, comfortable, clean and modern. The room was a nice place to retreat out of the sun and cool for sleeping, so less air conditioning needed. Thank you Andrea, lovely to meet you and we'll see you again.

Lovely new clean rooms and convenient location. Andrea was a good and accommodating host.

Not really as advertised: no sea view (unless standing on tip toes at edge of property counts), limited amenities in room compared to most in this price range, no windows except for small one in bathroom (without a bug screen). Grounds could use some work too (landscaping, general clean up) - all of which led to a feeling that the property was not quite as upscale as depicted in the photos.
