Sea House Resort

Location was perfekt, so close to the beautiful beaches and close to restaurants. It is the second last house in the street and in Brela, so you have almost no traffic there, no big streets in the neighbourhood.

You really have to look for things to improve… There could be a bit more Equipment in the kitchen for those who like to cook there. (Colander , cutting boards)

Nice room, all new and nicely furnished.

The hotel was about 200-300 m away from the beach over a steep hill, which would be worth mentioning. Breakfast sufficient, more for meat eaters, for vegetarians without a wider offer.

The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are perfect. The second bathroom was a huge plus. The pool area is clean and an amazing place to relax after a long day at the beach especially that there is a roof over it so you can stay out of the sun. The staff is helpful and very nice! Especially Krystian with her daughter.

The walk to the beach. With children and bags it isn’t a easy walk. The location is a bit far from the center of Brela. However, this is a quiet area and you can relax. The bathrooms need towel hooks.

I'm very happy that we chose exactly that location & apartment. We had really peaceful dialogues with owners, they are willing to help you with all problems & questions you have. Also, I would like to point out that location of the building is very nice - in the evening you can relax without additional noise and see beautiful picture from your balcony or window (almost all apartments have sea view). Sea House Resort has free parking spots & located really near the sea with good beaches - ~5 mins. The apartment was really clean & new, almost all necessary staff you can find inside. Also, you have the ability to use washing machine for a small price. There is no arguing with the fact that you should take your pets with you - because owners really love them. 100% recommend, hope to see you next summer.

Everything is really good.

Accommodation was clean very luxury with excellent bed. Beautiful view and quite surrounding.

Allthough the walk to the beach is only approx. 500 meter. It is climbing. Which makes it difficult for eldery people. We where with my parents of 82 years old. The climb is too much for them in such heat. Restaurants around solve that by supplying shuttle service which is nice. But for beach visit you have to walk.

Very beautiful, clean and very good equipped appartment. Also english and german TV-programms were available. the breakfast was very good and also secure parking spaces are available. Very nice and helpful hostess. The balcony is very huge and enables a fantastiv view to the sea. A really impressive very new facility.

We found the price for the flat too expensive, but Croatia has generally become disproportionately expensive in recent years and again after the introduction of the euro. The distance to the beach is not far, but extremely tedious due to the slope / gradient, especially with beach equipment. The prices for sunbeds and umbrellas at 5 euros per day are still acceptable, in contrast to Baska Voda and Brela, where 10 euros per day are charged - that's outrageous).

The host Nada was fantastic! So helpful and kind. It was calm and relaxing.

It is far to the supermarket and most of the restaurants, so if you don't have a car it's a loong walk or an expensive taxi.

Big and new apartments with excellent views. Nice swimming pool/sauna on the top level. The beds are very conformable. Big living room with fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms ;-). Very close to the beach and restaurant. Amiable staff. Big parking

Breakfast: Apartments reservation was possible only with breakfast, its ok, but considering that hotel/resort is o high level I see room for improvement in this field, for examples: a) omelettes looked like regular scrambled eggs b) coffee machine only with instant coffee, its not possible to drink. Good that I had my own( private) espresso coffee machine so that I could make my coffee. c) more kinds of cheeses, maybe some local products?

Location, View, Peaceful neighbourhood, Apartament!

Breakfast. To be more accurate: incredibly stuffy in the breakfast room... on top of that no outside seating... No local produce, eggs of questionable quality. It would have been better to give up serving breakfast and lower the price or do it better. The only downside of the stay. The rest amazing!
