"A very good Bar/Guesthouse B&B experience with pleasant staff and great food."

We had dinner in the bar on a Friday evening in June and were impressed. There were a number of daily specials to choose from and the food was very good and plentiful. We had a nice walk around the small sleepy village taking in the harbour followed by a couple of drinks in the bar. The room was tidy, bed comfortable and a good shower (hardly any traffic on the road outside). Breakfast was 9 to 12 in the bar and was also very good, with lots to choose from.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Jo went out of her way to help. We've eaten lunch twice at the Brandywell, and the food was lovely, and the breakfast was one of the best that I have eaten in a long time. The location for our event was excellent. When in Ireland again, I will try and pop in for lunch again. Lovely town Dromod.

Everything was great for our stay.
