The Brandywell

Tiny Twin room with the smallest beds ever. Bathroom door would not close properly.

It was very friendly.

Very comfy bed, lovely breakfast and friendly staff.

Staff were lovely rooms were good great sleep

Everything was good

Really would recommend the brandywell clean, great food and excellent staff particularly joe the manager couldn't do enough for us.. will definitely be back

The breakfast is superb from the full Irish to excellent Irish oatmeal with fruit.

I did not stay at the Brandy Well, as the room I booked was not ready.

No customer Service. I arrived about 10:30 am and had requested that the room be available between 11AM-12PM, as I had a wedding to attend at 12PM. When I arrived, there is no "Check In" desk, I spoke with someone at the bar, they brought someone out who advised me that Check in was no possible because they were "too busy" with Breakfast service and to come back after 3:30PM. This was not possible, as I had to attend the wedding. I had just booked the room that morning, so I cancelled it and booked somewhere else. A few hours later, during the wedding reception, I received a call from the Brandy Well saying I could not cancel, it had o be 24 hours before my stay. That is not possible, as I booked the room at 9am that day.
