Mulgrave Lodge

I loved the location and the seaside village. The host was very friendly and explained everything. There was also free backyard parking. I loved the price until I saw the room and bathroom size and construction. The bed was comfy.

The door to the room didnt fully open nor the bathroom door as the rooms were so small and inadequately built. There was black mold in the caulking around the shower and toilet. The floors also felt as though they were sinking. The walls were so thin you could every door shut and people in the hallway at all hours. Satellite TV had poor connection.

property needs renovation, thin walls, can hear people next door, shower pressure is very low, could not use it properly, it took us more than an hour in the evening to request a baby cot and it involved multiple phone calls and messages, the cot was advertised and requested while booking a room. Booking.com had to ring the property and demand the cot, the manager didn't want to provide it until booking.com got involved. Beeping sound in the hallway all night, like broken alarm system or something.
