Location

This is certainly the first time we have booked a "BED & BREAKFAST" that does not serve... breakfast unless you send an email in advance to request it. In fact, the owner (a very unpleasant character, by the way) does this to reduce the commission to his booking platform. Unlike any other accommodation, a separate request must therefore be made. According to the owner, we were supposed to get an email outlining the procedure, but we never received anything. In any case, that is no excuse since it would have been so easy for him to ask us when we arrived the day before in the mid-afternoon. Pathetic. The icing on the cake, when we complained about his total lack of customer service, his only reaction was to threaten to call the police!
