"Disappointing stay, poor hygiene and service"

Room size was decent.

Room 104 is right in front of the kitchen, no privacy. Washroom had a constant foul smell with poor ventilation. Payment process was confusing (no card option despite online advance). Common areas were messy and poorly maintained.

"Very disappointing stay"

I stayed here for 2 nights, and the experience was not good at all. The room was not as expected and felt poorly maintained. The washroom had a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the stay. The bed was very uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep. On the last night, there was a mouse scratching and making noise, which was extremely disturbing and scary. Overall, the place was too noisy and unhygienic. I would not recommend staying here.
