Location.

Not a fair deal. Invoice generated for Executive room 216. Whereas I was provided a regular room 217. Not sure if that is the same class. First the hotel denied the room stated there was nothing left. Seems online booking is the second preference for them. And will get left out rooms. Even if the customer has paid for the king room. Lot of disparity and feeling of duped herein. The specifications should be provided with details, room number and exact pictures. You need a better audit before you sponsor any property with your assurance logo.
