Unreliable. Booked and confirmed room category, which was relevant für our booking, was changed to a category we did not want on the day of arrival.

We absolutely loved the location! Close to everything, feels cozy, it's beautifully decorated. The staff was very attentive and responded quickly to all our needs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, everything was perfectly clean. The communication, check in and check out was very simple and smooth. I absolutely recommend this place.

Me personally I didn't like the smell in the room, it was a bit overpowering, but my friend didn't mind it at all so I guess it's a personal preference thing.

Our room was absolutely stunning. We had the entire terrace all to ourselves, and from there we could watch both beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The nearby St. Cataldus church added so much charm to the view. The interior decoration is beautiful, and we loved the whole feel of the hotel – it has such a warm and authentic character. The location is perfect. It is right in the heart of the city, and it was very easy to get around with Uber and Bolt. We also really enjoyed the nearby places for breakfast and dinner. This was one of the places we absolutely enjoyed most in Malta, and we are already looking forward to coming back. A special thank you to the receptionist Arturu, who was so warm and helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful room with a very pretty view out the balcony window. There is everything you may need in the kitchenette. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home.

Great central location. Beautiful inside the building and excellent well thought out rooms.
