very nice spot to stop for the night, felt very welcomed. the property was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.

The streets right around aren't great for walking as there are few sidewalks, but easy enough to drive to places. we found overall in Italy that they don't really do wash clothes (more life hand towels) and shampoo but not conditioner. This is something I noticed at several Italian properties so perhaps a regional thing, just something to be aware of while traveling through.

place was exceptional. clean and comfortable with plenty of space to rest and have a nice time when not discovering the city. we knew the location was not on the center but nothing a 15min bus didn't solve, easy to reach and get to como as well.

Matteo, the host, was very warm and hospitable. The place was spotless, cleaned up every day, and breakfast was amazing. Every day, we found food in the basket tailored to our preferences. Everything was very fresh. Matteo was extremely friendly and always ready to help whenever we had a question. If I come back to Como, I would definitely stay with Matteo again. Thanks to him, my family and I had a very comfortable vacation.

Cleanliness, extraordinary breakfast, facilities (kitchen), location (quiet- best for stay over close to Como), special furniture (workbench!), even a garage for the car.

Great property and extremely kind host. Property was larger than expected and very private. The breakfast exceeded our expectations!
