The staff was amazing - always smiling, helpful, nice. Top ten!

Unfotunately the beds were not comfortable - the mattresses were ripped in the middle, so it wasn't sufficient for a quality sleep.

Spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast was very nice. The selection is not overwhelmingly big but the quality of the food that is provided is really great. Also, there are variations every day. The location of the hotel is also very good as a public bus can take you to every ski lift in the area.

The walls between the rooms are rather thin, so you can hear people arriving/leaving and talk in other rooms on the same floor. It was not really an issue for us, but we noticed our neighbours talking in the other rooms.

Breakfast was perfect something for everyone

The breakfast was wonderful! Fresh fruit and fruit juice, local ham, the granola bar was also enough to convert a bread-eater to a healthier lifestyle. So many seeds and nuts, and the prunes and apricots were the best I've ever had. Everything was perfectly clean, which is actually the most important aspect in our opinion. Even the sofa in the room was not dusty :)

The beds were quite hard, yet the pillows were way too soft and offered no support. But the overall cleanliness of the place made it easier to sleep.

Beautiful room, very clean and well equipped. Best breakfast we’ve had on our trip and the staff was very accommodating to our early check-out, providing a lunch packet to replace our missed breakfast. Ideal, comfortable location for hiking in the Dolomites near cable cars and trails. Also with a peaceful view of the mountains. Will definitely return!
