Zentrale Lage und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, große Zimmer

Etwas umständliche Anreise mit dem Auto, wurden dabei aber sehr gut unterstützt und die es ist halt der zentralen Lage geschuldet. Hat gut funktioniert.

Da ich nur einen Nachmittag in Siena hatte, habe ich im Vorfeld angefragt, ob es möglich wäre etwas früher einzuchecken. Sofort kam eine freundliche Antwort, dass dies möglich sei. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir angeboten, dass mein Fahrrad sicher im Büro abgestellt werden dürfe. Wann ich denn am Sonntag morgen weiter wolle? 8:30 Uhr wurde möglich gemacht. Großes Dankeschön an Ela :-)

"Non-aircon room is unacceptable"

Great location and near to all point of interest and restaurant. Hotel is clean.

The room was unacceptably noisy and warm. Despite paying for a proper hotel, our first-floor room had no air conditioning and was located directly above a busy restaurant. Patrons were loudly drinking and shouting until 2 am. Just as we fell asleep, street noise -including garbage trucks, pedestrians, and luggage on cobblestones-woke us up at 7 am. For a traveler, sleep is essential, and we managed only a few broken hours. This is not the standard we paid for.
