It’s a stunning place, beautifully looked after with incredible views. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and I love what they’re doing with the regeneration work, with the animals and the land and creating natural wines and homemade olive oil. We enjoyed the pool with the views and birds and butterflies all around, dinner on the terrace, breakfast in the garden, a cooking class, and it’s all an easy 10 minute taxi drive to Siena for a day trip to the city. We had the most wonderful few days at La Torre alle Tolfe and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

So terrible the experience is. Lots of ants on the dinner table and I was bitten badly. No response when complaining to the restaurant or reception.

Beautiful setting with amazing views. Fragrant jasmine growing around the reception area. Amazing antiques furnished the property. Stunning pool- beautifully clean. Gardens immaculate. Pasta making class was brilliant fun and we ate it with a glass of wine afterwards!

Very little except we ate in the restaurant on the first evening. The waiting staff seemed very busy and slightly disorganised. We waited a long time and they brought our main course but we hadn’t even been given our starter.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad hier. De locatie is prachtig en de uitzichten zijn geweldig. We hebben genoten van de heerlijke diners in het restaurant, de wijnproeverij en de farm walk. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren schoon en hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. Ze geven je een beetje het gevoel alsof je terug in de tijd gaat, op een positieve manier. We hebben ook wat wijn en olijfolie mee naar huis genomen om nog even na te genieten.

Er was eigenlijk weinig op aan te merken. Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat de kamers soms wat gehorig waren.
