"Perfect accommodation! Clean and central"

Excellent location and very helpful owner. Extremely clean apartment and beautifully arranged! Would definitely recommend and go back there!

"Above the roofs of old town"

The house situated at the border of old town and was able to reach by taxi. Room was on the upper floor and main view was towards old town and harbour above the roofs of old town. Room had also airpump to cool down or warm up the air and easy to use. Breakfast was about couple of minutes walk away through the alleys of old town, but very easy to find.

Maybe the climb through the straicases up to the 4th floor? can be difficult to somebody, but for us it was good exercise.

"Great Place for your Stay!"

Designed like a boutique room. Everything felt like a good hotel, with free amenities even from the fridge. Since it's recently new, everything worked fine with a nice view to the harbor. The location is right next to the entrance of the Palace, literally a 3-5 minute leisurely walk right to where the Palace tour groups begin (check Tripadvisor to book). Location is great also for taxi pickup right in front of door (Uber pickup zone is up the street and not really priced differently other than a few bucks and an inconvenient walk to pickup area).

Be mindful that the room is up several flights of stairs (with some narrow single person areas), so if you're old or out of shape or semi-injured, this might be too much of a slog for you. This is *EXTREMELY* important for you to know this! They do offer to carry your luggage for you when meeting up though.

"Quiet place in a great location"

Really nice place just at the edge of the Old Town in Split, but still quiet and peaceful. You can easily walk from anywhere from here, and the ferry/train station is 15 minutes away on foot. Impeccable interior, comfy bed, and super clean. The owner was very communicative and helpful as well.
