The place is gorgeous. windows and shutters and screens all in perfect condition. comfortable bed, incredibly clean, a great shower....extras too, like beach towels and some candy. just amazing.

The room itself is really stunning and feels luxurious! Perfect private, modern loft type bedroom but located next to one of the most beautiful ancient landmarks. The host’s attention to detail on some of the small but meaningful amenities also stood out positively. For example, all shower items (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner) are provided, like they would be in a hotel. This makes it more feasible to travel light and get up the stairs. They also had a great single cup espresso maker and the quality of the coffee was a bonus! Bathrooms are very modern. Location is incredible (7 min walk from ferry port, 1 minute walk from Diocletian’s palace)!

This is more of a “be aware” than a “didn’t like”- but the building is constructed with two guest rooms next to each other behind a lockable door. Although the room itself is private, you’re actually staying quite close to other guests and the sound proofing is more characteristic of an older building. Water pressure and temperature also suffer in the shower if you and the other guests are attempting to shower at the same time. You’re also at the mercy of the other guests’ habits for security (will they lock the outer door or not), so have to be diligent with your own room at all times.

The room and all in it was exceptional. Very comfortable! Loved it! Location was everything as well!

The stairs up to the 4th floor were a bit daunting with luggage.

Beautiful and comfortable room which exceeded our expectations. Petar met us and showed us where everything was. He was more than willing to help with whatever we needed. Excellent location in/by the old city!

Perfect location. Petar was SO helpful and kind. So many little special touches about the room. Petar met us when we got in very late and carried our luggage up the stairs, showed us everything, had coffee set up for our morning. Nice view, excellent a.c.
