het was er te koud en we hebben eerst een half uur moeten bellen voordat iemand reageerde en open deed. ze wisten niets van onze boeking en gingen snel een kamer klaarmaken. Veel te duur voor de kwaliteit

Our flight was redirected to Las Palma because of high winds. So we booked the hotel at the last minute. But the owners had made no effort to heat the room, which was cold, with a strong wind rattling the balcony door and moving the furniture on the balcony. We got almost no sleep. The room was dusty, and only cold water was available in the bathroom. When we arrived, we asked the owner to order a taxi for 5 the next morning. The wife simply showed us the taxi phone number on her phone. When we rang, the taxi firm did not speak English, so the owner did talk to them on my phone! There was no offer to arrange any kind of breakfast, which was included in the price! At 5 in the morning, the taxi did not show up, and nor did the owners bother to check that we were able to leave. Luckily another guest was leaving at the same time, and he knew that a local bus would be leaving soon. Together we found the bus stop. No thanks to the owners!

Die Lage ist schön, nur ein paar fußminuten außerhalb des Zentrums. Wir konnten unser Mietauto direkt bei der Unterkunft buchen. Kühlschrank im Gemeinschaftsraum konnte mitbenutzt werden.

Eigentlich sehr altes Haus, wo 1 stockwerk Zimmer vermietet werden. Alles andere sehr unpersönlich (verstehe die lobenden Worte zum Frühstück und Vermieter eigentlich nicht). Bei Regenwetter generell eher kalt und ungemütlich. Bei warmen Temperaturen kann ich es mir schon nett vorstellen, vor allem mit dem großen Balkon. Preis/Leistung passt für mich nicht und wir reisen normal immer sehr einfach und benötigen keinen Schnickschnack.
